ProBlocker Transparency Report
ProBlocker collects zero user data. The extension does not transmit browsing history, URLs visited, search queries, or any usage telemetry. There are no analytics calls, no crash reporters, and no background data collection of any kind. This is verifiable by reading the open-source code on GitHub.

The ProBlocker browser extension does not collect, transmit, or store:
- Browsing history or URLs visited
- Search queries entered in any browser or search engine
- Your IP address or location
- Information about other installed extensions
- Crash reports or error logs
- Usage frequency, click patterns, or any telemetry
- Any personally identifiable information
There are no analytics libraries in the extension. There are no calls to ProBlocker servers during normal use. The extension communicates with external servers only to download filter list updates — a process that does not require identifying you.

How Filter List Updates Work
ProBlocker downloads updated filter lists periodically. This process downloads a text file (the filter list) from a public URL. It does not transmit any information about your browser, browsing history, or identity.

Our Position on Acceptable Ads
The Acceptable Ads program, created by Eyeo GmbH (the company behind Adblock Plus), allows advertisers to pay to have their ads shown even when users have an ad blocker installed.
ProBlocker does not participate in the Acceptable Ads program. We do not accept payment from any advertiser, advertising network, or intermediary to allow their ads through. Every ad that matches our filter rules is blocked, without exception.

Browser Permissions Explained
"Read and change all your data on all websites": Required for any ad blocker to function. ProBlocker uses it to apply filter rules to outgoing network requests — blocking requests to ad servers before they complete. It does not read the content of web pages, form inputs, passwords, or data you enter on websites.
